Day 21 Transcript
Lazy Sunday. Time to reflect. I’ll keep it short. And I’m going to start by going off script. I’m going to answer my most frequently asked question!
Want to know what it really costs to get one-on-one time with me? Here’s the truth: I don’t have the time. That’s why I share everything I know for free—so you can learn without me. But if, by some miracle, I could somehow clear my schedule, money wouldn’t get you in the door. The only currency I accept these days is courage– —the kind that fuels every successful side hustle. The price for my time– the price of any real success– is the discomfort of asking for it, working for it, sweating for it. And you know what? Most people never pay that price. So the real answer? Three words! And I say this respectfully and with no plans to ever meet with you: Grow a pair!
There is literally no other way to change the world.
And it needs changing.
Ok. This last week was about skills that piss me off when someone else tells me to exercise. Especially when it's HR. Leadership training is such a trigger for me.
I’ll probably cut everything up to here out.
Take 2. This last week was about the slow burn. The little moments that matter– when you give a shit (generously), when you stop yapping (relentlessly), when you poke the damn bear (politely), when you show your receipts (unapologetically), and—most importantly—when you keep showing up (obsessively).
This week wasn’t about learning how to sell. At least I don’t think it was. You were learning how to earn the right to help.
There’s a profound difference there.
If you’re feeling a little raw, a little tired, maybe even a little skeptical that all this trust-building is worth it—good.
That means you’re doing it right.
Nothing worth building– and certainly not trust– is built in a week. But you just laid the foundation most people never bother to pour. Good on you!
As for this coming week, we’re finally ready to focus on Ops. We’ll cover how to delegate with confidence, how to automate for scale, and how to forge partnerships that multiply your impact– infiniteX! And all while keeping your side hustle lean, adaptable, and ready for whatever comes next. It should be fun. See you tomorrow!
