Terms of Service

Hey, thanks for being here. Before you dive in, here are the ground rules — written in plain language because we're not trying to trick you. These terms cover both this website (superserious.com) and the superserious apps. By using either, you agree to them.

1. Using superserious

By using our website or apps, you're confirming you're at least 13 years old and that you agree to these terms. If something doesn't feel right, reach out to us before you agree.

2. Your license

You get a personal, non-transferable right to use superserious for your own growth. Don't resell it, copy it, or build something off of it without asking us first.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details private. If someone gets into your account without permission, let us know right away.

4. The content we provide

Everything we publish — coaching, articles, lessons, the TACO chatbot — is designed to help and inspire you. It's not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or medical advice. Use your judgment and, when in doubt, talk to a qualified professional.

5. Content you create and publish

You own what you make. When you write, save, record, or upload content in superserious, it stays yours. You give us the limited permission we need to store it, process it (including with AI features like TACO and Muse), and — when you tell us to — publish or schedule it to the destinations you choose, including connected social platforms. You're responsible for the content you publish: make sure you have the rights to it and that it follows the law and the rules of wherever it's going.

6. Connected accounts

superserious lets you connect third-party accounts (for example TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) so you can schedule and publish your content to them from one place. When you connect an account, you authorize us to act on your behalf only within the permissions you grant, and only to do the things you ask us to do. You can disconnect any account at any time, which ends our access. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms — connecting them through us doesn't change that.

7. How to behave (and how not to)

We trust you, but just to be clear — don't use superserious for anything illegal, don't try to hack or reverse-engineer it, and don't post content designed to harm or harass others. Treat people the way you'd want to be treated.

8. Our content is ours

Everything we've built — content, design, features, the software — is ours. You can use it, but you can't take it and claim it as your own or redistribute it.

9. No guarantees (because life)

We've built this with care, but like all software, things can go wrong. We can't guarantee superserious will be available 100% of the time or that it'll work perfectly on every device. We're always working to make it better.

10. Liability

We're not responsible for any indirect losses that result from using superserious. We're a small team doing our best, and we appreciate your understanding.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change anything important, we'll let you know. Continued use after an update means you're good with the new terms.

12. Account suspension

If someone violates these terms in a way that harms others, we reserve the right to suspend that account. We don't do this lightly.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in here is designed to take away rights you have under your local laws.
